- Build, lead, and grow diverse, inclusive, and high-performing engineering product teams. - Recruit, mentor, motivate, promote, and manage the performance of team members. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including customers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery. - Drive timely execution and prioritization of team goals, proactively mitigating risks. - Provide strategic leadership by creating product roadmaps and setting the team's vision. - Offer technical leadership in architecture and design discussions for science and engineering challenges, conducting deep dives to resolve complex issues.

- A minimum of 8 years of overall engineering experience. - At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams. - Over 8 years of experience in defining and developing multi-tier web services. - Solid understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations. - Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams. - Exceptional communication and articulation skills. - Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in software development is a plus.
