As a Software Development Manager, you will define the long-term technical vision and influence the technology roadmap for your team, driving architectural optimizations and incremental improvements.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering team management and 7 years of overall engineering experience. A strong background of 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services is essential.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development lifecycle. This includes proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations.
A Bachelor's degree is a fundamental requirement for this role. Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams to enhance their skills and effectiveness, along with experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements and articulate product strategy, are highly preferred.
