As a Software Engineer on the Iron Mountain team, you will be instrumental in developing global, scalable, extensible, and secure back-end applications for Billing, Budgeting, Payments, and Promotions Advertiser Experience.

You will build customer-facing front-end applications to ensure a frictionless experience for advertisers regarding billing, budgeting, and payments. The platform requires high performance and a distributed architecture to guarantee millisecond SLAs, ensuring real-time advertiser experiences are maintained.

Key responsibilities include owning your team's creations, inventing, designing, and building stable, performant, secure, and accessible software. You will collaborate with customers, designers, product managers, and peers, while proactively identifying and mitigating design risks to enhance implementation speed.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 5 years of non-internship software development experience. A strong foundation in programming, with proficiency in at least one software language, is essential.

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, demonstrating expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Experience serving as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team is also highly valued.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
