Responsibilities include delivering new features and system improvements, designing scalable and reliable solutions aligned with architectural strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business value is realized. Additionally, you will contribute to operational excellence by identifying and resolving root causes of issues and actively participating in code reviews to foster a high-quality codebase. Mentoring junior engineers and driving constructive dialogue are also key aspects of this role.
We are looking for an engineer with at least 3 years of professional software development experience, alongside 2+ years focused on designing or architecting new and existing systems, including understanding design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Proficiency in at least one programming language is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, along with experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. Experience with AI, machine learning, and distributed systems is highly valued.
