Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of highly available and scalable payment solutions. Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand evolving requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Uphold the team's technical standards through rigorous code reviews. Develop engineering processes and tools to enhance team velocity and productivity. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance, mentoring team members and driving operational excellence.

Possess at least 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scalability. Proficiency in at least one software programming language is required. Experience with the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
