This is a greenfield opportunity within AWS, focused on building new organizations and developing systems from scratch. You will leverage modern frameworks like reactive microservices, serverless computing, and distributed NoSQL data stores to create high-impact solutions.

Develop extensible solutions by addressing complex architectural and business problems. Write high-quality, modular, functional, and testable code. Provide formal mentorship to junior engineers on design, coding, and troubleshooting best practices. Communicate and collaborate effectively within a global team environment to achieve project goals.

Possess a strong foundation in fundamental algorithms and system design principles. Demonstrate the ability to produce robust and reliable code. Have a passion for delivering high-quality designs and software components. Exhibit creativity in problem-solving and a willingness to think innovatively. Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience (non-internship). Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling). Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
