Develop scalable and extensible solutions by addressing complex architectural and business challenges.

Produce high-quality, modular, functional, and testable code.

Provide formal mentorship to junior engineers on design principles, coding best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Collaborate effectively within a global team environment, communicating technical ideas clearly.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

At least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including proficiency with design patterns, reliability, and scaling principles.

Demonstrated experience programming in at least one software programming language.

Experience with the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations is preferred.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
