This role focuses on building cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions designed to enhance the experience of Selling Partners and Retail users. Our mission is to deliver seamless, personalized support at scale through intelligent, collaborative AI agents.

As a vital member of the Amazon PGX team, you will collaborate with world-renowned experts to develop advanced AI solutions for Selling Partners and Amazon Retail. Your contributions will directly influence products and services impacting millions of users. You'll gain practical experience with Amazon's Large Language Models (LLMs) and technologies like AgentCore, AgentMemory, Strands, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs). We are particularly interested in candidates skilled in creating large-scale, high-performance systems.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of professional software development experience (excluding internships). Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scaling, is required. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, coupled with object-oriented design principles, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a prerequisite. Experience in building and deploying AI agents and a knack for deep-diving into partner-level issues to provide effective recommendations are highly valued.
