This role involves envisioning, designing, and developing GenAI tools, frameworks, and testing infrastructure to support multiple teams and business units. Key responsibilities include analyzing requirements, assessing testability, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing them for parallel projects. You will lead design and test planning reviews, drive efficiency and scalability of test tools, and actively participate in hiring and employee development. Building scalable systems through high and low-level design, peer reviews, and supporting operational efficiency are also crucial aspects of this position. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and owning development dashboards, telemetry, and monitoring are expected.

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, along with 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, focusing on patterns, reliability, and scaling. Proficiency in at least one programming language is essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is also highly desirable.
