Design, develop, and implement sophisticated multi-tier distributed software applications.

Accurately estimate engineering efforts, plan implementations, and deploy system changes that meet rigorous standards for functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Take ownership of designing, coding, and testing major features, while also collaborating effectively with team members on complex change initiatives.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, fostering strong collaboration with multiple teams across a large organization, including software development, QA, Project/Release Management, and Build and Release.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships.

Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.

While not strictly required for all roles, experience within the Video Games Industry supporting title development, release, or live operations is a plus.

Proficiency in at least one core software programming language is essential for this role.
