Manage and administer Flexera solutions, including FlexeraOne and FlexNet Manager Suite, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Execute end-to-end implementation and upgrade activities, including installation, configuration, and validation testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to inventory collection, data imports, reconciliation, and performance bottlenecks.

Support integrations with key enterprise systems like ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, and Active Directory to ensure accurate data flow.

Provide L2-L3 technical support and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients, offering incident resolution and environment assessments.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, document processes, and provide best-practice recommendations for stable and optimized Flexera operations.

Possess over 10 years of hands-on experience supporting, implementing, upgrading, and administering Flexera solutions such as FlexeraOne and FlexNet Manager Suite.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Flexera architecture, including application servers, discovery components, and integrations.

Exhibit proven experience in end-to-end implementation and upgrade activities, including planning, testing, and issue resolution.

Showcase strong troubleshooting capabilities for inventory collection, beacon connectivity, and data import issues.

Have good working knowledge of SQL, database troubleshooting, log analysis, and API/integration troubleshooting.

Experience supporting integrations with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, SCCM/MECM, and Active Directory is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of SAM/ITAM processes, including discovery, normalization, and license reconciliation.
