Shape Emergent's social media presence by crafting engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. This includes developing short-form video scripts, compelling captions, on-screen text, informative threads, and authentic community interactions. You will also identify and leverage emerging trends, formats, and news moments to create timely and relevant content, often within 48 hours. Building content that encourages participation, sharing, and discussion is key. You'll manage brand account replies, engage with user-generated stories, and collaborate with design and video teams to ensure seamless production. Performance tracking and data-driven adjustments to strategy are essential components of this role.

A proven track record of at least 5 years in writing and managing content for major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn is essential. Demonstrable success through performance metrics is required. A deep understanding of internet culture, particularly within US and European markets, is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work autonomously, make swift decisions, and adapt writing styles to suit the nuances of each platform.
