Key responsibilities include monitoring physical security systems and operational dashboards for immediate threat identification. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming security incidents via various channels.
This role requires you to triage security events, accurately document all actions and outcomes in our incident management systems, and maintain up-to-date awareness of ongoing incidents. You will also respond to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate responses.
Adhering to established procedures, participating in shift handovers, and escalating complex issues to senior staff are essential. Maintaining compliance with all company policies and confidentiality standards is paramount.
We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in security operations, monitoring, dispatch, or emergency coordination. Prior experience within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a similar 24/7 operational environment is highly valued.
Essential qualifications include proficiency in the local language and English (both written and verbal). You must demonstrate a strong ability to follow procedures and escalation protocols in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
Successful candidates will possess the ability to manage multiple security monitoring platforms concurrently, validate and document alerts efficiently, and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and the capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based setting are critical.
