Seeking a seasoned SOA Sr. Technical Lead to drive enterprise integration solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting robust integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12c. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining critical integration components, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

Key to this position is a deep understanding of SOA principles and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design through to deployment and support.

Design and develop enterprise integrations leveraging Oracle SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12c. Develop and maintain BPEL processes, SOA composites, and reusable integration components. Utilize Oracle Adapters for database, JMS, file transfers, and web services. Create transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath. Configure and manage DVM, MDS, and deployment plans. Troubleshoot production issues using Enterprise Manager and WebLogic diagnostics. Develop and test SOAP/REST integrations. Participate actively in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and production support.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite/BPEL is essential. Proficiency in SOA Suite 12c and JDeveloper 12c is required, along with practical experience in BPEL, Mediator, and SOA composites. Expertise in DB, JMS, Web Service, and File adapters is crucial. Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, and WSDL is necessary. Experience with SQL/Oracle Database and WebLogic Server is expected. Familiarity with DVM, MDS, configuration plans, and Enterprise Manager is important. A good grasp of REST/SOAP services and integration patterns, along with SDLC and Agile methodologies, is required. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must.
