Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines, ingesting and transforming data from diverse sources. Build and optimize data transformation pipelines using DBT, adhering to modular and reusable practices. Develop and manage data models within Snowflake, covering staging, intermediate, and curated layers. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot data ingestion using Fivetran. Craft high-performance SQL queries, stored procedures, and views. Implement comprehensive data quality checks, reconciliation, and monitoring mechanisms. Optimize Snowflake performance through partitioning, clustering, and query tuning. Document source-to-target mappings and data lineage. Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis. Support automated deployment processes across environments.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Snowflake and DBT. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud and DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformations. Proven experience in designing and developing data pipelines for Bronze and Silver layers in data lakehouse architectures. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data transformation patterns. Proficiency in SQL performance optimization and Snowflake tuning techniques. Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git-based development, and deployment automation is essential. Knowledge of data quality, testing, monitoring, and governance frameworks is required.
