Seeking a skilled SNOW Tester Subcontractor to enhance our testing services. This role focuses on developing and executing automated test scripts within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications. Support major, minor, patch, and platform upgrade testing activities. Create and maintain regression test suites for release quality and platform stability. Log, track, and validate defects through resolution, collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and provide release readiness recommendations. Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality governance processes.

Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is mandatory. Experience validating ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications is essential. Ability to log, track, and manage defects through resolution is required. Familiarity with version control and test management tools is necessary. Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium automation frameworks is highly desirable. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, API testing, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
