This role focuses on transforming enterprise hiring operations through successful delivery of HCM technology and process improvements. You will be instrumental in implementing solutions, integrating with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, and conducting end-to-end testing.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SAP SF Recruiting and SmartRecruiters technology, coupled with excellent consulting skills. The ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence is key, as is guiding clients through implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.

As a trusted advisor, you will align client talent acquisition strategies with SmartRecruiters capabilities and best practices. You'll provide thought leadership on modern recruiting, digital adoption, and the Intelligent Enterprise. Responsibilities include application-specific solution consulting, creating business blueprints, managing implementations based on blueprints, developing and executing test cases, coordinating key user training, and providing go-live and post-go-live support.

This role requires at least two end-to-end SAP SF RCM and RMK implementations and support experiences. You should have a strong understanding of recruiting management, job profile builder, requisition to position management, and various recruiting scenarios, integrations, and client requirements. Integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is also a critical aspect, and the ability to perform a client-facing role is essential.

This position requires 4-6 years of relevant work experience in SAP SuccessFactors. A mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and SmartRecruiters by SAP is essential. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, along with experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, preferably within a consulting environment. While not strictly required, knowledge of SAP EC, Position Management, RMK, and ONB modules integration would be considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills are a must.
