This role offers a unique opportunity to shape plant leadership, define value hypotheses, and translate operational pain points into impactful digital transformation initiatives within the Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing landscape.

Shape plant leadership workshops, framing problems and defining value hypotheses. Lead solutioning and proposal development, including storyboarding, architecture, and delivery approaches. Build executive advisory capabilities by creating Points of View (PoVs) and demonstrations. Lead multi-workstream delivery across plants, managing vendors and cross-functional teams. Drive MES/MOM solution design and implementation, alongside digital production and quality initiatives. Define IT/OT integration architectures considering cybersecurity and connectivity.

Spearhead AI enablement by building and prioritizing AI use cases, and delivering GenAI copilots and Agentic AI patterns for enhanced automation and auditability. Partner closely with Data/ML teams for data readiness and operational model deployment.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 10-14 years in smart manufacturing transformations within consulting delivery leadership roles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification, is required. An MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institute is also necessary.

Candidates should possess exposure to ISA-95, edge/IIoT, event-driven integration, and manufacturing data modeling. Gigafactory exposure, including cell/pack, formation, EOL testing, and high genealogy/traceability, is highly valued. Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, SAFe/Scrum, value stream mapping, and plant performance management systems is essential.
