As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be instrumental in the entire service lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, operation, and continuous refinement. You will analyze ITSM activities, providing critical feedback to development teams on operational improvements and resiliency concerns.

Your role will involve supporting services pre-launch via system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews. Post-launch, you'll maintain service health by monitoring availability, latency, and overall system performance. You'll drive sustainable system scaling through automation and implement changes that enhance both reliability and development velocity.

Key duties include supporting and enhancing the application CI/CD pipeline, validating software promotion, and leading DevOps automation initiatives. You'll practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems. A holistic approach to problem-solving is essential, connecting various technology stack components to optimize recovery times during production incidents.

You will collaborate with a diverse global team across multiple geographies and time zones, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., physics, mathematics) is preferred, or equivalent practical experience is acceptable. You should possess a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.
