Our Core Payments division is at the forefront of developing critical functionalities for MasterCard, including Authorization, Clearing, and Debit. We seek innovative solutions to enhance these core systems. This role involves hands-on software development and requires expertise in technologies such as COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, PROC, Microfocus COBOL, TWS Scheduler, and DB2 LUW.

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will design and develop high-performance software aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for maintaining and presenting project metrics for management review, acting as a Technical Lead to propose robust solutions.

This role also involves leading initiatives focused on automation, defect metrics, and overall quality improvements. You will coordinate effectively with teams located in various global regions to ensure project success and smooth operations.

We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in both batch and online development, coupled with a strong background in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD). Experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot is considered a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of spearheading quality initiatives and demonstrating results-oriented performance in automation and code quality. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to guide and mentor team members in implementing optimal solutions.
