Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience in software development using one or more programming languages is required, alongside 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms. Preferred qualifications include experience in an engineering or operations role within large-scale enterprise environments, deep expertise in Unix/Linux systems, IP networking, performance tuning, and application troubleshooting. Proficiency in navigating and managing enterprise software and workloads, coupled with strong problem-solving skills for complex systems, is highly valued. The ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders is also essential.
