Lead the Silicon Networking organization in Bengaluru, overseeing the definition, implementation, and deployment of Networking IPs. You will establish IP development methodologies, drive technical involvement throughout the IP lifecycle, and ensure seamless integration into the SoC. Responsibilities include project planning from architecture to scoping, leading multi-disciplinary chip engineering teams, managing tasks, allocating resources, and conducting design reviews. You will guide the entire ASIC lifecycle, from architecture definition to tape-out and verification, ensuring developed IPs significantly contribute to key projects.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with equivalent practical experience, is required. You should possess 15 years of experience in ASIC design and development, with proven expertise in leading multi-disciplinary silicon engineering teams through the complete development lifecycle. Experience with high-performance or low-power design techniques, ASIC standard interfaces, and memory system architectures is essential.
