Maintain and enhance automation scripts for backend CAD workflows to optimize efficiency.

Contribute to the development of internal CAD tools and the automation infrastructure.

Participate in the evaluation of new EDA tools, with a focus on 3DIC flow development.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and flows, alongside electronic design automation (EDA) methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with physical design flows, including aspects like floor planning, place and route, or physical verification.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
