Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to effectively debug and resolve various issues, including those related to boards, software, manufacturing, design, and thermal challenges.
Maintain and enhance automation scripts essential for backend CAD flows, ensuring optimal efficiency and smooth operation.
Contribute to the development of software for proprietary internal CAD tools and the underlying automation infrastructure.
Assist in the evaluation of new EDA tools, with a specific focus on supporting 3DIC flow development initiatives.
Further develop software for internal CAD tools and automation infrastructure.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and flows, alongside electronic design automation (EDA) tools and methodologies.
Demonstrate experience in physical design flows, encompassing areas such as floor planning, place and route, or physical verification.
Proficient in either Python or C++.
