Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve various issues, including hardware, software, manufacturing, design, and thermal challenges.

Maintain and enhance automation scripts essential for backend CAD flows to ensure operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Contribute to the development of internal CAD tools and automation infrastructure, enhancing our in-house capabilities.

Assist in the evaluation of new Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, with a specific focus on supporting 3DIC flow development initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with physical design flows, including floor planning, place and route, or physical verification.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ is essential for this role.
