EY is seeking a skilled SharePoint Senior to join our GDS Assurance Digital team. You will contribute to developing and implementing technology solutions that enhance client services and audit engagement effectiveness. Develop and design scalable Power Apps and SharePoint Online solutions using modern practices like SPFx and advanced web technologies. Architect solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to EY's technology standards. Implement complex workflows and integrations using Power Automate and Power Apps. Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems. Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement. Provide expert guidance, training, and troubleshooting to project teams and end-users.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint to foster innovation. Integrate external data sources and Azure services. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects concurrently. Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving and communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

A Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/MCA) in a relevant field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems Management, combined with substantial industry experience. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is also considered.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and SPFx. Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and the wider Power Platform ecosystem is essential. Expertise in web development technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

Additional requirements include experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and integrating external data sources. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are vital for success in this role. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously is expected. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is also necessary.
