Provide Level 3 operational and engineering support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and the Power Platform within a complex multinational environment. This includes in-depth troubleshooting of SharePoint On-Prem (2016/SE) and SPO, alongside associated Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities involve leveraging advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, configuring SharePoint environments, and managing access/authentication models. You will also be instrumental in incident management, service requests, and change requests using ServiceNow, ensuring seamless 24/7 support for end-user issues.

Troubleshoot site-level issues including permissions, web parts, lists, and views. Collaborate with Microsoft for advanced troubleshooting when necessary. Desirable skills include knowledge of deploying SharePoint solutions, updating automation scripts, and familiarity with Power Platform products.

A strong foundation in SharePoint (Cloud and On-Prem), OneDrive, and the Power Platform is essential. You should possess expert knowledge in features, configuration, and troubleshooting of these core M365 services.

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft PowerShell scripting for automation is required, alongside intermediate to advanced experience with CSOM, MSMQ, and Provider Hosted Apps (PHA). Familiarity with continuous integration systems and various access/authentication models (NTLM, Kerberos, ADFS, etc.) is crucial.

Candidates should have a history of delivering high-level support services, proactively anticipating issues, and communicating platform capabilities effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required, along with 2-5 years of support experience, with at least 1 year focused on SharePoint. Flexibility for out-of-office hours and periodic night shifts is necessary.
