Seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics & Project Manager with a background in the manufacturing or automotive sectors. This role involves driving analytics initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery.

This hybrid position based in Pune, Balewadi, requires 5-7 years of experience, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce CRM Analytics to provide actionable insights. A solid understanding of DMS and related processes is highly preferred.

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define and gather analytics requirements. Lead requirement analysis, functional translation, and project management for analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, managing communication and expectations. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and development coordination to UAT and post-production support. Develop and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and stories, utilizing SAQL, dataflows, and recipes.

Integrate CRM Analytics with other systems like Salesforce CRM and ERP. Demonstrate expertise in DMS processes, particularly within the manufacturing and automotive domains.

A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience is required, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM Analytics and Project Management. Proven experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is essential.

Proficiency in gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies. Experience in designing and building Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories is critical.
