This position is integral to our success, driving the smooth and efficient delivery of Salesforce.com and associated cloud service deployments. While direct report management is not part of this role, it demands significant leadership and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams. Spearhead the execution of all Salesforce.com and cloud service deployments, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery to clients.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise release calendar, coordinating activities and timelines meticulously.

Provide essential leadership and control for assigned areas, taking ownership of the deployment process from initiation to completion.

Collaborate closely with Project Teams, Service and Project Managers, and Functional Release Managers to align on demand, landscape preparation, and sandbox setup.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with code conflicts and merging, ensuring the deployment of high-quality code to production environments.

Conduct thorough release reviews and make critical Go/No-Go decisions based on business requirements and readiness.

Act as a subject matter expert for release management tools, offering support and training to team members facing deployment challenges.

A proven track record in Release Management, with at least 4 years focused on enterprise-level Salesforce environments.

Minimum of 5 years of overall Salesforce platform experience, encompassing release management, administration, and solution implementation.

Essential expertise in Copado, with at least 4 years of dedicated experience, and holding a Copado certification.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com administration and development, ideally evidenced by relevant certifications.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including sandbox refreshes, metadata component packaging and deployment, release branching strategies, code merging, and conflict resolution.

Familiarity with Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) solutions such as Copado, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Git, Visual Studio, and Ant.
