As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant, you will lead and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the LMS based on business requirements. You will conduct workshops to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective system solutions. Responsibilities include managing and supporting LMS integrations, data migration, and interfaces with other modules and external systems. Developing functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, process documentation, and training materials for end-users and administrators is key. You will troubleshoot LMS-related issues, provide post-go-live support, and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and other consultants to deliver comprehensive learning solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 3-8 years of relevant experience, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Essential hands-on experience includes LMS configuration and administration, learning assignments, curricula, program management, item and class management, user management, notifications, reporting, security roles, and integrations. Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes are advantageous. A SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification is required or preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success. Experience in pre-sales and client demonstrations for SuccessFactors products is a plus.
