We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to enhance client HR processes, particularly in Time Tracking.

Your expertise in SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be instrumental in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation initiatives. You will work within multi-cultural teams to deliver SAP HXM solutions, focusing on optimizing time tracking and absence management.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production issue resolution for SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into system designs, develop training materials, and advise on business process improvements.

Engage with clients to finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, and migration. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, manage projects for timely delivery, and troubleshoot integration issues.

Configure role-based permissions aligned with business needs, ensuring data security and compliance. Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization for SuccessFactors applications.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within Employee Central and Time Off modules, is required. Candidates must hold valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off.

Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules is essential. This includes expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules.

Your role will involve working independently and collaboratively within teams on requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions. This includes positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, schedules, and labor activities.
