Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. This role involves end-to-end project lifecycle management, from implementation and configuration to ongoing support and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful HR solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices, driving HR transformation for clients. You'll be instrumental in optimizing HR processes, particularly within Time Tracking, by leveraging your expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module.

- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize HR processes. - Manage end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution for SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system designs, and provide guidance on best practices. - Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. - Advise on business process improvements for Employee Central enablement. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and manage projects for timely delivery. - Troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors Integration issues and develop effective solutions. - Configure and enhance role-based permissions to ensure data security and compliance. - Work independently or as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SAP HXM solutions.

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. - Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution. - Must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off. - Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions. - Familiarity with positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, schedules, and labor activities. - Ability to interact with clients to understand business requirements and finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements. - Strong understanding of the technology landscape, client business areas, functional trends, and industry direction.
