Seeking an accomplished SF EC TO-Lead Consultant specializing in Enterprise Applications. This role involves driving end-to-end implementations, ongoing support, and enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust system solutions.

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules is paramount, evidenced by relevant certifications. A key aspect of this position is advising on business process improvements and optimizing HR transformation initiatives.

The consultant will also be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reports, along with analyzing reporting needs to deliver optimal data visualization solutions. A strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions is crucial for managing security and access.

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and design effective system solutions. - Translate business needs into detailed system design specifications. - Provide expert guidance on system functionality and best practices to end-users. - Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for system users. - Drive business process improvement initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. - Design, build, and maintain Canvas Reports and Story Reports for insightful analytics. - Analyze business reporting requirements and recommend optimal visualization solutions. - Configure and enhance Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure data security and compliance. - Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization for SuccessFactors applications.

- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, and issue resolution for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules. - Must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off. - Demonstrated expertise in configuring, implementing, supporting, and maintaining these modules. - Ability to analyze complex business process requirements and translate them into system specifications. - Experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors projects and ensuring successful delivery. - Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including security design and access management. - Ability to design, build, and maintain various report types, including Canvas and Story Reports. - Experience with Time Management functionalities, including positive/negative time tracking, absence management, and labor activities. - Mandatory experience in Year-End Time Off activities such as leave carryover, balance adjustments, and accrual processing.
