This role focuses on optimizing client HR processes, from hire to retire, by leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing seamless solutions that integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.

You will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, conducting workshops to gather and map business requirements.

Key tasks include configuring fields, workflows, foundation data, and MDF objects, while ensuring compliance with RBP permissions. You will also design global processes with localization for multiple countries and integrate various SF modules with external systems.

Additional responsibilities involve providing guidance on system optimization, supporting data migration, testing cycles, and delivering user training and post-go-live support.

We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, and at least 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including a minimum of two full-cycle EC implementations.

Essential skills include configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central, Position Management, Contingent Worker Management, Mass Changes, Document Generation, and Advanced Reports. Experience with SAP S4/HANA integration and SAP CPI is also required.

Demonstrated experience with integrations for other SF modules, a strong understanding of hire-to-retire processes, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. An SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is preferred.
