We are seeking a skilled SF - Data Cloud professional to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This role involves working in rotational shifts and focuses on developing and supporting advanced Salesforce applications, with a strong emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and an understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud.

As a SF - Data Cloud specialist, you will design and implement sophisticated LWC applications, integrating them with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems. You will craft dynamic user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies, optimizing components for peak performance. Responsibilities also include developing solutions with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns, as well as ensuring the security, scalability, and maintainability of all applications.

Furthermore, you will gain foundational knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including its concepts for data ingestion, unification, and segmentation. This includes supporting the configuration of Data Cloud data models, integrating with Salesforce apps like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and collaborating with data teams to ensure effective data management and activation. You will also assist in setting up and maintaining Data Cloud environments to support business use cases.

We require at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with advanced skills in LWC, Apex, and Aura components. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS is essential for front-end development. A deep understanding of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, and Visualforce is crucial, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. The ability to implement complex UI/UX designs is also necessary.

A basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts, including its role in customer data unification and segmentation, is expected. Experience with Data Cloud integrations, such as with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud, is beneficial. Familiarity with data models, data transformation, and identity resolution processes is also required.

This role demands strong problem-solving and debugging skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and 24x7 operations. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred, as is the capacity to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. While not mandatory, certifications like Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant are highly valued.
