EY is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow TNI (Telecom Network Inventory) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of telecom and network infrastructure solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Define comprehensive end-to-end ServiceNow architectures for telecom/network inventory (TNI). Design scalable solutions leveraging CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI. Lead the implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and specialized telecom modules. Model diverse telecom/network services, including L1/L2/L3, circuits, and devices. Architect robust integrations with NMS, EMS, and OSS/BSS systems. Ensure high CMDB data quality through governance and reconciliation processes. Mentor team members and champion best practices for platform development and utilization. Optimize platform performance and scalability to meet current and future demands.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and telecom modules is required. Extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB is essential. Proven experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, and Discovery is critical. Solid understanding of network infrastructure and the telecom lifecycle is necessary. Demonstrated integration expertise using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer is expected. Strong capabilities in data modeling and CSDM are required. ServiceNow CSA and at least two CIS certifications are mandatory. Telecom certifications are a plus, and CTA is preferred. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and leadership and mentoring capabilities.
