NTT DATA is seeking a highly certified and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team in Delhi, India. This role is pivotal for leading and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions, driving digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. Lead the design and delivery of scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. Provide hands-on expertise in CSM modules like Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding, leveraging strong knowledge of CSM data models and workflows.

Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across various platforms. Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL standards.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with at least 4 years focused on CSM. A proven track record of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, including 2+ years of specific CSM implementation experience, is essential.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is expected. Candidates must hold a CIS – CSM certification. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
