Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements, architect scalable solutions, and provide expert technical guidance to the team.

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices, ensuring platform integrity and performance. Integrate the platform with external systems via APIs and MID Servers, and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards. Stay abreast of new ServiceNow releases and advocate for enhancements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration, with a proven history of successful enterprise-level implementations (minimum 2 years).

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is essential. Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, is crucial. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
