Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable, robust ServiceNow solutions.

Provide essential technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, adhering to best practices to ensure platform integrity and optimal performance.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Conduct thorough code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure strict adherence to security and compliance standards. Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend platform enhancements. Support pre-sales initiatives, including solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration. Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is highly valued. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models is expected.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting is key. Required certifications include CSA and at least 1 CIS-(any) and CAD for Junior roles; CSA and at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD for Intermediate roles; and CAS and at least 3 CIS(Any) and CAD for Senior roles.
