This role requires a highly certified and experienced professional to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. Lead the design and delivery of scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. Provide hands-on expertise in CSM modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding. Develop a strong understanding of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.

Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across various platforms, including CRM, ERP, financial systems, and external applications. Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, mapped to ITIL standards.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. We are looking for a minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 4 years specifically in CSM. A proven track record of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential.

Candidates must hold a CIS – CSM certification. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is necessary. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also key. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
