NTT DATA seeks a highly skilled and certified Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in ITAM/APM administration to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to implement cutting-edge ServiceNow capabilities for our clients. You'll be instrumental in architecting and delivering solutions that enhance enterprise architecture and adhere to industry best practices, contributing significantly to client success.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices. Provide extensive hands-on expertise in CSM modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding. Develop a strong understanding of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.

Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across integrated systems. Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, mapped to ITIL standards.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and at least 2 years of dedicated CSM experience. A proven history of successful ServiceNow implementations within enterprise environments, with at least 1 year of experience, is essential.

CIS – CSM certification is a mandatory requirement for this role. Proficiency in ServiceNow architecture, data models, JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, will set you apart. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting is also key.
