Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope and architect scalable solutions. Provide essential technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform integrity.

Key duties also involve integrating ServiceNow with external systems using robust API methods, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring optimal performance and security. You will stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases, proactively recommending platform enhancements and supporting pre-sales activities with expert solutioning and proposal development.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration. A proven history of successfully leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is crucial. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CIS, and CAD, are highly valued.
