Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope and architect scalable solutions.

Provide essential technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining platform integrity.

Integrate ServiceNow with various external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Conduct thorough code reviews, optimize performance, and uphold stringent security and compliance standards.

Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively propose platform enhancements. Support pre-sales efforts through solution design, compelling demonstrations, and proposal development.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

We are looking for a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration, with at least 2 years of proven success in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is essential. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also expected.

Candidates should possess strong ServiceNow architecture and data model understanding, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
