Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, ensuring platform integrity and adherence to best practices. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration, with a proven history of successful enterprise-level implementations. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio is essential.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is key. Required certifications include CSA, at least one CIS (any), and CAD for Junior levels, with progressively higher certifications for Intermediate and Senior roles (e.g., CAS, multiple CIS, CAD for Senior).
