As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive impactful projects within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing solutions that meet our clients' evolving digital needs.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope and architect scalable solutions. This role also involves providing technical mentorship to junior team members and ensuring platform integrity through customization and configuration best practices. Integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and MID Servers is also a core function, alongside conducting code reviews and performance tuning.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration is required, with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations. Essential technical skills include proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio, along with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also critical for success in this role.
