Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architect scalable solutions. Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure platform integrity through best practices. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and MID Servers, while also conducting code reviews and performance tuning. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and contribute to pre-sales activities, including solutioning and demos.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. You should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration, with at least 2 years demonstrating successful enterprise-level implementations. Essential skills include proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Agile/DevOps practices. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role.
