As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will architect and deploy ServiceNow solutions across key modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scopes and design scalable solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring best practices are followed in customization and configuration. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using various APIs and tools, while also focusing on performance, security, and compliance. Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and contribute to pre-sales efforts.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of direct experience with ServiceNow development and administration. A proven history of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential.

Essential skills include a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile and DevOps practices, along with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, is also required. Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
