Your responsibilities will include leading the design and delivery of scalable CSM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. You will leverage strong hands-on expertise across CSM modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding. A deep understanding of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows is essential. Furthermore, you will architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms, demonstrating proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

Key tasks also involve integrating ServiceNow with CRM systems, ERP platforms, financial systems, and external applications, while overseeing interoperability and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. Applying working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) mapped to ITIL standards will be crucial.

We require candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 4 years focused on CSM, is necessary. You should possess a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations within enterprise environments, specifically with 2+ years in this capacity.

Essential technical skills include a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models, alongside proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for this role. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is expected.
