Lead the design and delivery of robust CSM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. Provide hands-on expertise across key CSM modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.

Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across diverse systems, while applying working knowledge of ITSM processes mapped to ITIL standards.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 4 years specifically in CSM.

Proven success in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations is essential. The ideal candidate will be CIS – CSM certified and possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is also expected.
