This on-site position in Delhi, India, requires a highly certified professional with deep technical expertise and strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform. You will be instrumental in architecting and managing solutions that enhance client success.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices. Leverage hands-on expertise in CSM modules like Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding. Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance systems, and third-party platforms, demonstrating proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across various platforms by integrating ServiceNow with CRM, ERP, financial systems, and external applications. Apply working knowledge of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, mapped to ITIL standards. This role demands a strong understanding of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 4 years focused on CSM, is essential. Candidates must have a proven track record of successful enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, with 2+ years specifically in that capacity.

Essential skills include a strong grasp of ServiceNow architecture and data models, proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred. CIS – CSM certification is a mandatory requirement.
